Products & Ingredients

All Mubadira formulations are crafted for all skin types. Our virgin coconut oil base is naturally compatible with sensitive, dry, oily, and combination skin. Each product in the collection is dermatologically tested and free from known irritants.

No. Mubadira does not test on animals at any stage of development or production. We are committed to cruelty-free practices across our entire supply chain, from ingredient sourcing to the finished formulation.

Velvet Creme and Silk Touch are vegan formulations. Royal Balm contains beeswax, which is sustainably sourced. Every product page clearly lists the full ingredient profile so you can make an informed choice.

Our virgin coconut oil comes from single-origin estates in Sri Lanka, where it is cold-pressed within hours of harvest to preserve its full nutrient profile. We work directly with farming cooperatives to ensure fair trade practices and traceability.

No synthetic fragrance is added to any Mubadira formulation. The subtle natural scent you may notice comes from the raw ingredients themselves—coconut, saffron, and botanical extracts—which vary slightly from batch to batch.

Velvet Creme and Royal Balm are housed in refillable vessels crafted from weighted glass and brushed gold-tone aluminium. Once you finish a product, you can purchase a refill insert at a reduced cost, keeping your original vessel and reducing packaging waste.

Orders & Shipping

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the UAE and GCC. International orders to the UK, France, and US typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over AED 500 within the UAE and GCC. For international orders, complimentary shipping applies to orders over AED 800. Standard shipping rates are displayed at checkout for orders below these thresholds.

Yes. We currently ship to all GCC countries, the United Kingdom, France, and the United States. We are actively expanding to additional markets. If your country is not yet listed, please contact us at concierge@mubadira.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can follow your package in real time through our shipping partner’s tracking portal, linked directly in the notification.

Contact us within one hour of placing your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified, but our returns policy will apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Contact concierge@mubadira.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a prepaid return label and guide you through the process. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Yes. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange for a different product or size. We will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original item, or immediately if you prefer to place a new order.

Contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange a full replacement at no cost, shipped via express delivery. No return of the damaged product is required.

Gifting

Yes. Gift wrapping is available for AED 25 and includes our signature matte black box with gold foil tissue, a wax-sealed envelope, and a hand-tied ribbon. You can add gift wrapping at checkout.

Yes. During checkout you can add a personalised gift message of up to 150 characters, which will be printed on a Mubadira correspondence card and placed inside the gift box.

Yes. You can specify a different shipping address at checkout. If you would like the order to arrive without pricing information, select the “Send as gift” option and we will remove all invoices and price labels from the package.

Brand & Sustainability

Sustainability is a structural commitment at Mubadira, not a marketing label. We use refillable packaging, source ingredients through fair-trade cooperatives, minimise plastic throughout our supply chain, and offset carbon emissions from shipping. Our full sustainability report is published annually.

All Mubadira products are formulated and produced in the UAE. Our ingredients are sourced globally from trusted partners—coconut oil from Sri Lanka, saffron from Iran, and botanical extracts from specialist European laboratories.

Currently, Mubadira is available exclusively through our website. We are exploring select retail partnerships with luxury department stores and boutique hotels in the GCC and will announce any new stockists through our journal and newsletter.
