Domestic Delivery (UAE)

All domestic orders shipped via Emirates Post or Aramex. Tracking provided via email and WhatsApp.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders placed before 12pm GST on business days (Sunday–Thursday) are processed the same day.
Returns
Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Gift sets must be returned complete with all items included.
How to Return
- Contact our concierge team at concierge@mubadira.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop off the package at your nearest courier collection point.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfilment error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery. The original item must be unopened and in its original packaging. We cover return shipping for exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
